Hotel lobby is at 1st floor and the elevator is hidden. After checkout, the hotel staff is not helping to bring down luggage to ground floor. After asking then he activated the elevator so that i can access to ground floor. The bed size for twin sharing and single are the same: only 120cm width! Very disappointed and regret to...
