"One of the elevators was inoperable forcing everyone to use one. It caused very crowded spaces and it took going up or the down the floor time consuming! Everything was nearly perfect about this hotel except for the elevator situation!"

"By far the worst hotel I stayed at in Osaka! The rooms were absolutely disgusting, the walls were stained, the floors were not sweeped, the bathroom was unbearable, and the bedding was beyond acceptable. The room was also quite small which didn’t help the situation. Despite asking hotel staff for a full clean the next day when housekeeping come, they didn’t clean anything, just folded the towels and made the bed. The reception staff were polite, but honestly the rooms and cleanliness is awful, they just use pictures of the lobby to catch people’s attention. Don’t recommend at all! "

"Great location, classy place with excellent Japanese spa. Restaurant also pretty good with affordable bar menu. Enjoyed an excellent steak in the main restaurant."

"Clean room! Free washing and drying machines. They have a wonderful welcome lounge with snacks,drinks, and coffee. Perfect place to stay Dotonbori is less than a 2 minute walk. Also they provide free bags and a vacuum sealing machine which made it easier to take our souvenirs and stuffed animals we won! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"The reason I've rated this hotel so low is based purely on the mattress. It was like sleeping on a board and we were here 3 nights and our bodies are just wrecked so we would never stay here again. The rest of the room is good, good location, great breakfast, great staff."
