"Nice hotel that is close to all the night excitement but not so close you have to wear earplugs or sleep mask and importantly a short distance to transportation/metro. We opted not for breakfast as we leave very early to travel to places near Osaka and there are too many choices at the train station. The room we had was a decent size that was very comfortable. Wifi was ok and laundry was so-so as there were only 2 machines and one was broken. It was very competitive to do a load. Air conditioning was fine and also water pressure. The staff were all nice and helpful especially arranging for luggage transportation. The had drinks available for free at the lobby and snacks (package biscuits, saugages, red bean candy etc - nothing fancy). "
