This was my favourite hotel that I stayed at during my trip in Japan. Modern large room with large bathroom and soft mattress with excellent bedding. Not claustrophobic and plenty of room to layout your luggage. The cleaning of the rooms are based on your request using magnetic signs you can post on your door.

We had a room with three twin beds for two nights. Great location, clean, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds. A bit small with the third bed in there, but we were hardly in the room so it wasn’t a big deal.

One of the best hotel in Osaka.. just steps away from all the actions in Dotonbori.. Staff and service is excellent..Breakfast is probably one of the best, they had plenty of options for western and Japnese food..Rooms are big in sizes as compared to other hotels..highly recommmend this hotel for stay in Osaka..

Great hotel right in the middle of osaka. Very close to all the shopping and food areas. A little bit of a walk to the closest station but no problem with that as it was all flat.

The property is really clean, nice and well kept. Staff are nice but need to learn more English to accommodate tourists. I’m glad I purchased the dinner and breakfast with my booking accommodations as there are no restaurants close by. We enjoyed our experience with Japanese traditional dinner and breakfast. The food was good and the presentation is impeccable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to others.

The hotel is fine nothing super special about it. Our room faced the street on the 6th floor and it was extremely loud. There is construction going on overnight on the street outside for the next year and I woke up to sirens many times. Our friends stayed on a higher floor and weren’t as bothered.
