"My room was good, however, my 11 colleagues stayed at 16~18 floors were feeling the rooms were so dark by poor lighting conditions. They can hardly do the work due to lack of light and sometimes felt scary when they were alone in the room."

"Excellent base to explore Osaka! A short walk to the canal/Glico man, multitude of restaurants, shopping at every corner and right across from Namba station. The breakfast buffet was icing on top. Great value!"

"Great location, just beside Nankai Namba Station and a few minutes walk to Dotonburi and Shinbashi shopping belt. Takashimaya and Namba City is just around the corner and lots of restaurants around the hotel as well! Staff were friendly and attentive. The self-help toiletries was great! Room as expected is small in Japan so you'll need to do some maneuvering if you're not travelling alone. Toilet is considered good size to me vs the one in Kyoto for this trip. Can't lay out 2 mid sized luggages at the same time so be prepared. Like I said, don't expect huge rooms when travelling in Japan unless you're out of the city or you're willing to a lot pay more. I'll stay in this hotel again if I'm going back to Osaka. Recommended!"
