"First noticed the smooth elevator. The staff was really considerate. We enjoyed the room. It had great view and amenities, like Dyson hair curler. The room can by controlled by a tablet. We also were given free drinks at the roof top bar. The hotel elevator will take you down to the subway. "

"Ideal location right on dotonbori, we were on floor 8 and couldn’t hear any noise at night which is great. Could be cleaner, carpet wasn’t very clean, cleaners missed a dirty tissue under the sofa and toilets smelt of drains. Staff were lovely and room overall was good. "
