"Everything about our stay was great except for the shower. It would randomly change temperature dramatically while you were showering and would not change back until 3-4 minutes has passed. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating, it was very clean and much more extravagant than I was expecting!"

"If you're looking to be right in the middle of the action, the location is perfect. Under a covered shopping area and minutes from Dotonbori with a convenient Lawsons next door. They have a strict no early checkin policy, so plan to wait if you arrive earlier than 3pm. I'm sure at one point the rooms were immaculate and this was a beautiful establishment - but the age is starting to show. Our room was dingy - from the old stains on the carpet to the fading of the mirror in the bathroom. But the staff was nice and it's very convenient to Namba train station - so you balance out what's most important to you. "

"We stayed at Hotel Royal Classic Osaka for almost a week and the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining. The metro is directly connected to the hotel, which made getting around the city very simple. We took a day trip to Kyoto which took about 2 hours from the hotel. The hotel is close to everything, and the amenities were excellent. The staff truly provided us with five-star service—everyone was kind, respectful, and very welcoming. They even gave us a thoughtful departing gift since we stayed for several day! I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again when we visit next year."

We came back to the room one night to a surprise slice of cake and a hand written card for my boyfriend's birthday, even though his birthday wasn't til 2 weeks later. That was very nice of the staff to go the extra mile to make our stay feel even more special."

"This centric location is right in the middle of shopping streets, a huge Don Quixote, Department stores , restaurants etc. There was construction going on next door but it wasnt noisy. The cabs line up in front of the hotel and there are 2 close subway stations at either end of the hotel."
