"Such a great hotel to start our Japan trip. Very supportive and the amenities are outstanding. No need to worry about anything while we got used to navigating the city. Highly recommend!"
"nice place with nice staff, only the place is in a residential area, not much dining places around, but if u want a quiet stay, this place is perfect. "

"We loved this hotel, by far the best we’ve stayed at along our Asia trip. Beautiful, high-tech rooms with all the amenities (my room came with a Dyson air wrap as a fun little perk!), walkable to everything, with the subway in the basement of the hotel plus across from the station where the airport rapid train lets out. Wonderful service, would stay again!"
"It is nice to come back to the hotel after a long day walking around and there’s cold water or if you want coffee in the morning free 24 hours. Also it’s convenient, easy walk to the shops, market and train station. The staff are friendly."
"My partner and I stayed here for 12 nights. The deluxe non-smoking room was small but we made it work. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They spoke some English. We had an issue with our AC in the room and they could not fix it so they moved us to a standard room which was smaller but again, fulfilled our needs. And the refunded the difference. The best thing about the hotel is the location. We are right above a subway station which made transportation very simple. We were also close to Dotonbori, about a 15 minute walk. If we go back to Osaka, I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
