"前回、新今宮に宿泊し、今回は予約を間違えてこちらの方に宿泊しました。エントランスは通りよりかなり奥まった場所にあるので、看板を認識出来ない人はホテルである事が分からないかも。ロケーションに関しては、難波、新世界にも行き易いのがいいですね。今回のお部屋は前回のシングルベッド２つタイプより広くて、シティービューなのでリラックスできました。フロント回りもこちらの方が広く感じて、ゆったり出来ます。また朝食メニューも良かったです。その朝食はフロントで予約したのですが、私がメンバーである事を告げると、少し安くなることがわかり、例え小さな金額でも対応してくれたのは誠意ある行動でした。残念なのは自販機がないのと、外出から戻り、キーを刺すと、テレビの電源が勝手に入り、マリオットの広告動画が毎回流れること。これは回避できないのでしょうか？"

"Studying abroad in Tokyo and wanted to make my way out to Osaka for the weekend. This was a great option for value especially with an Experian Bundle. I spent four nights here and was very pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was for the price. They give bread every morning from 7:30-13:00 and have 24/7 vending machines and coffee/tea for free. Only 2 stops ~12 min from Dotombori and a 30ish minute walk if you are out past train service. A great option for those who want to experience Osaka and the surrounding areas and don’t want to break the bank"

2/10 Terrible

"The hotel was renovated, but instead of fresh paint and new drywall. There are hole on the wall, all the wire and hose are exposed. The painting are falling off. The smells are strong. The carpet, staters, elevators, and rooms all have odor! We stay next to a men’s bathroom and the smell even stronger. I doubt the bathroom is even got clean once a day. The bed was made from dry wood. Not comfortable at all! You should not expect a soft and nice cushion bed. The women’s bathroom has hair dust everywhere! And remember!! Do not rely on the dryer! Usually the dryer provides heat and dry the clothes, but this has no heat, we waste so much time on this issue!"

"Know the area I think for a foreigner the area may seem a little more unwelcoming considering all the bars But that is considering the cheap price you get what you pay for it is not the properties fault or even the area it was on us to check where we were located so I would urge you to do the same So that was for sure on us but that is why we switched hotels it just did not seem like an area we should be in But none the less I would not turn you away from this hotel I would just say know the area It is quite far from Osaka and most things but there is a train only problem is the train will keep you up all night because it is right beside the hotel shaking the building walls are very thin as well Could have Been cleaner Moral of this is just for tourists to know where they are staying which is why I am writing this review"

"Great hotel. Good staff. Very clean and well kept. It’s in a less desirable area though. Homeless etc which is the first time I’ve seen that since touring through Japan. But a great location to jump on the nearby train station which was a 7 minute walk. Then a 20 minute train ride to cool spots. This was within walking distance to the tower though. "
