Location there are so many lines through Namba and other near stations. Kumoron market and great shopping are on your doorstep. The hotel has a great laundry and kitchen area with microwaves there and in room. Water bottles are not provided but you can fill water & ice. Staff were really helpful as due to health problems our plans changed daily. They facilitated and helped all the way. I only ate in the cafe once and they were gluten free conscious and the salmon was fab. Good service safe...

The location is great, easy access from the trains, without needing to set foot on the open streets. There’s even a shopping mall and 14 story department store below, which other comparable hotels cannot match. Beautiful lounge and bars leading to the reception in the sky above Osaka. Very professional but friendly and welcoming staff. Our stay at Hotel Trusty Osaka Abeno was comfortable and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly spacious. Its convenient location near Tennoji Station made commuting to various tourist attractions in Osaka extremely easy. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxing experience.

Lovely hotel

Fabulous property and great oasis as the first hotel we stayed at and I wish we had stayed longer as Osaka has so much to offer and hotel so good. A little thing on amenities , the shower cloth was amazing. Free coffee and sesame snacks and candy in reception was a nice touch. Great location to get around.

We stayed here in November 2023 in an executive King Room with lounge access. This hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, the bed absolutely massive and a lovely view out to the city below. The lounge access with the executive rooms was well worth the extra cost. Breakfast is held in the lounge (if you have access), which is on the highest floor, with large windows and a great view out. There was a great selection at breakfast, with lots of local japanese items, which we were hoping for!...

Great hotel with a comfortable room and decent size for an Osaka hotel. They have a good buffet breakfast on offer, and it was a lovely touch to have a welcome drink as part of our stay. The hotel has good transport links so it was really quick and easy to get around to all of the popular locations in the city. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time I'm in Osaka.
