Perfect hotel! It’s is perfectly placed next to everything you need and walking distance to the station. The hotel itself is very clean, spacious with great views, very classy and very nice staff. Great location near airport, plenty of things to buy and eat. Delicious breakfast and helpful staff

Stayed here twice during the Rugby World Cup. Ideally situated near the train station for connections to Kobe and just up the road from Koshien Tigers baseball stadium. The room was very comfortable, big bed, fridge, massive wetroom with sunken bath and Washlet toilet (I want to take one home!). Good breakfast. Very helpful staff who minded my iPad which I had forgotten on my first stay. Free parking is always a bonus in Japan.
