"I would not recommend staying here. I experienced two full days without hot water, and the issue was never resolved despite a housekeeper submitting a work order from the room phone. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to waive the late check-out fee as compensation for the inconvenience. It was clear that maintenance and the front desk had no communication whatsoever.
