"Breakfast was good, had a variety of choices and the person taking care of the area kept the food well stocked and clean. The room was adequate for an overnight stay. The A/C unit was kind of noisy and every so often there was a loud humming noise. Not sure if it was because we were on the top floor and there may have been some equipment above us on the roof. "

"We had a marina view room which was very enjoyable. Nice spacious balcony. Really comfortable bed. Our room was next to the elevator and while there was some noise it was not too bad. Buffet breakfast was very good. You can ask for a made to order omelette or eggs which is much appreciated. Staff was excellent. Alex, who checked us in was awesome. "

"We had a great stay. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. There were a ton of options and plenty of space for all the guests to sit. It’s a beaotiful hotel. I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking onsite ($35) but I guess that’s somewhat standard in the area. The bed was great, too, and there was a small balcony that we enjoyed. "

"We booked this hotel last minute after our 10 PM flight was canceled and we had no way to rebook that night. I called for the hotels shuttle service to pick us up. After waiting over an hour at the airport, we decided to take a taxi. Upon arrival, the lobby had an overwhelming fragrance. Despite three staff members being at the desk, we were directed to check in using a virtual kiosk with a remote agent. Between poor audio and loud music from the connected bar/lounge, it was difficult to understand the agent. When we got to the room, my daughter pulled back the covers and immediately noticed black specks and what appeared to be dead bugs in the bed. There was also visible dirt and sand on the sheets and blanket. The floor had noticeable dust and dirt in several spots as well. Because of the condition of the bed and overall cleanliness concerns, we chose not to stay and returned to the airport to wait overnight. When I requested a refund, staff declined because we had been in the room for about an hour. This was only because we knew we'd be up all night and needed to charge our phones. Rather than argue while already exhausted from travel delays, I chose to leave and dispute the charge through my credit card."

"Everything about Oasis was perfect, very clean, quiet, front desk staff was very helpful. We loved it so much we extended our check out and they were so accommodating. My parents were visiting and we needed a last minute stay since their flight was canceled. We were extremely happy with the restful atmosphere."
