"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden Gem Villa. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We were also close to our family that we were visiting in the area. Having the pool, the newly installed hot tub as well as the gas grill made the stay very enjoyable!! We would definitely recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying there again!!"

"Where do I even begin? This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I have had in a long time. Check in was smooth but when I got to my room the door was ajar and it would not shut upon entry. About 10 minutes later a maintenance man walks in and both of us were shocked to see each other. He said he was unaware that this particular room was being booked because the door was being fixed so it would close. He took about 10 minutes to fix the door so it wasn’t a big deal. Then there were no towels in the room whatsoever, which again, could be considered an honest mistake so no big deal. I went to the bar to order food. I was told that the food would take no more than 10 minutes due to my order being the only one in. About 25 minutes later I was looking for my food and was told it was not ready and I would be notified upon its completion. Then 50 minutes later I went back downstairs and my food was sitting in the kitchen with no notification whatsoever. This caused my evening plans to be pushed back. Then in the middle of the night at about 3:40AM the A/C in the room stopped working and we woke up in a sweat. I spoke to the manager and he made sure I was fairly compensated for the bad experience. The manager’s diligence made up a little for the experience but I can’t say that I would ever stay here again."

"The hotel was perfect except for one thing. There were people who came on the roof while my grandchildren were swimming in the pool. These people had done things that are not allowed so we were forced to leave before closing!The staff did nothing to prevent it or ask them to stop!"

"The first night we had a room across from the ice machine and pool entrance. We asked for a quieter room for our second night. They were able to switch our room. Great sleep the second night. The staff will do what they can for you."
