The room was clean and the staff, including the airport shuttle driver, were great. Really great customer service. I only stayed 1 night, but I'd stay there again if I'm ever in Ft Lauderdale again.

Check in with Alex good customer service. Gracia very safe driving and very informative. We loved the room very spacious. Very nice to have a microwave in room. Would recommend that the phone be by the bedside instead of desk. Other than that I enjoyed our stay and definitely will recommend this property. Thank you

I didn’t make use of the bar or restaurant. There were stores and restaurants in the general area that I patronized instead. I found the service at the hotel to be outstanding. If you come in a little earlier than expected (before check in time) they might let you into your room before the official time. I thought the entire staff was gracious and attentive, but I would like to give special thanks to Keisha, who made sure that I was on the bus on time to get from the hotel to the pier. Not every hotel gives you that level of service.

We stayed there before a cruise, and it started a little shaky; the safe did not work, the toilet was difficult to flush, and the iron was leaking. All of these problems were resolved by the next day. When our cruise ended, we found out our return flight was delayed until the end of the day. We came back to the Sheraton, and Nate was so accommodating, locking up our luggage and even giving us a card key to use the bathroom. We spent the day there just hanging out and killing time. Sheraton is lucky to have a valued employee in Nate.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. Room could have been cleaner upon arrival, specifically the bathroom. But room service cleaned well during our stay. Hotel is on busy street so if easily disturbed at night, may not be a good fit, but noise is not obsessive.
