"So let me start by saying the staff was amazing! They had great attitudes and were very accommodating. However the hotel is not very clean. When checking into my room, there were stains on my blankets and hair in my beds. The floors also looked like they had not been clean at all. The bathrooms were also pretty gross. I asked to change rooms because i did not feel comfortable sleeping in a room that looked as it did and had a smell. We booked two rooms and the other room had bed bugs in it as well. We did not feel comfortable staying there but being that it was super late when we found them we ended up just having to change rooms. Again the staff was amazing! Maggie and her sister were very helpful and did not seem annoyed that we kept asking to change rooms so great customer service. But the rooms i would say book with caution."

"The stay was for a pre-cruise booking, very close to cruise terminal and as was only for 1 night, everything locally was suitable for our needs."

"Great location, clean rooms. Parking is not free but this is clearly mentioned in the booking details. The AC units are quite noisy as are the trains running just outside if you're a light sleeper."

"The valets left the dome light on, ran the battery dead, refused to help, made us think they did it on purpose to jump the car for a small fee but realized they couldn’t when it was a hybrid. Ended up costing $300 for road side assistance and hours of stress."
