"This was a good hotel for the night before the cruise. Clean and close to the port and shopping. There were lots of restaurants close by as well. "

"Breakfast and room were very simple and what you would expect. Staff here are absolutely wonderful though! They have a separate locked Luggage room that you can use to store your items if your room isn't available yet (we got off our cruise early AM and room wasn't ready until PM as expected). They helped our group coordinate getting from the airport to the hotel, then from hotel to the cruise ship. Then back from ship, and again from hotel to airport. All incredibly seamless! If I didn't have a hurt ankle I would not have paid for the shuttle to the cruise, because the walk is simple and beautiful, but it was really great that it was an option and the staff made it easy to book and use. Absolutely will stay here again before and after our next cruise!"

"Drive away found that security gate was left unlocked.Because they have day visitors that pay a fee, and so the door is left unlocked for their access. We went to the office and we're greeted by the employee, mauricio,, who was very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. That is the best I can say about the whole experience.As I have providing pictures showing mold and on the bathroom, walls are peeling pool equipment that has mold in it a jacuzzi.That's all green and yucky it was just awful.I would not have suggested this to anyone. There is some renovation going on, at which point I would suggest they need to close down and get the place cleaned. Because the mold and all the obstacles that are on the way are just not safe. What definitely never go back"

Notre unité était propre. Le point faible de l'hébergement est le bruit des voitures à proximité."

"My room had a balcony overlooking the beach. Beautiful view. The rooms were old and very dusty. Didn't seem clean except for the clean sheets. Bathroom had hair everywhere from the previous guest. Not worth the money when there are plenty of other hotels on the strip. Continental breakfast not includedand was $32 if you wanted it. Valet fee, resort fee..soo many fees for an old outdated room. Picture advertised was not accurate. There was no thermostat in the room to control the AC. We were extremely cold. Definitely would not recommend this resort."
