"This place is a circus. It's actually like four different, disjointed properties all called B Ocean Resort. Several room changes for our party were required due to broken items (ie. A/C, phones) and so we were forced to try to reach the front desk by cell phone. Any request we made, such as for towels since housekeeping never cleaned our room, were hit and miss as to whether or not they would come. I will never stay here again, nor will I ever recommend someone else to ever stay there."

"This was a good pre cruise stay, good location and hotel was very nice. The Anthonys restaurant nearby had excellent food. We took an Uber quickly to the port without issues. We will stay here again pre-cruise!"

"The only glitch was communicating with the agents who manage check in. The room was clean and well designed and the property safe and secure. Check in was an issue for two reasons. First because the check in instructions aren't scheduled to be emailed to you until 24 hours before check in (and my check in instructions were not sent until just hours before check in) and, second, because I requested a check in two hours earlier than allowed. I had to purchase for $40 extra dollars that and when I followed the link to pay for that, the agents, due to a glitch in the system, were uninformed of that payment. The check in agents did not send me the check in instructions until like two hours before check in and when the check in instructions were finally emailed, they had the later check in time indicated, not the earlier time I had paid for. Finally, whoever drafted the check in instructions isn't very good at doing so. The key pad instructions need to be improved. They don't mention that after entering the code for entry, one has to also tap a √ mark on the keypad. Once all of that was behind me, the stay was excellent. I would stay again and perhaps the access codes will be more timely provided."

"Staff was The overall experience was extremely disappointing. Many basic elements in the room were not functioning properly—the shower did not drain, the toilet handle was falling off, and other fixtures appeared poorly maintained. In addition, the key cards repeatedly failed, requiring multiple trips to the front desk just to access the room. Unfortunately, the staff showed little urgency in resolving these issues, and the service felt indifferent and unhelpful. When attempting to address these concerns, the manager’s response came across as abrasive and dismissive rather than solution-oriented."
