"The staff, porters, managers and bartender were outstanding. However, my bathroom was not clean. It smelled of mold and mildew. It was a strong smell even at the bathroom sink. I also saw the mold and hair of other people in the shower. I wore shower shoes. Also, the floor in the hotel room had remnants of paper and dirt."
