"We had a great stay here for 9 full days. It was our first time in Japan and this place was nice. The rooms were cleaned daily for us. They have a laundry room, gym, and very nice lobby area. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from JR station. My suggestion is to get on the bus in front of the hotel to get to all the shopping areas. After all the walking you're going to do, trust me, take she bus even if it's for a few blocks. I would stay here again. "

"This was a very nice hotel. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, very polite. I would rate this hotel a 10 on almost everything except I found that the rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The walls and ceiling were dirty the doors were dirty...needs to be wiped down properly especially since this is such a high-end hotel, and the vents and fans are full of dust like they haven't been cleaned for years. "It’s just okay for my wife and I..busy..the lobby is in the 8th floor so every time you go out it a two different elevator to you room one to the 8th floor and one to you room,,,the room is clean but small, the bed is against the window and the little loveseat is low and small. The bathroom is good(hot water with good pressure and clean) the staff is great and the area is busy with working girls..overall I recommend this hotel bc price with location can’t be beat. "

"The room was small as expected. However the air conditioning was right above your bed and keep blowing cold air into your face. We try to turn the fan down but doesn’t work. We end up has to turn the unit off. Location was great, walkable to shopping district and close to metro. Staff was very helpful and polite. The hot spring bath was very nice bonus. "
