After travelling for over 25 hours we arrived at the hotel and we were greeted by an extremely friendly member of staff who took our baggage and led us to the individual desk where you check in. We were led to our room by another polite member of staff who asked us if we needed anything. It's worth noting here that you actually receive a silver key to unlock your room opposed to a card. The room was large with an amazing view. There's an ice bucket in room that is replenished every day, well...

Hotel was in an incredible location, overlooking Tokyo. It was on top of multiple metro stations making travelling Tokyo easy. The hotel itself was incredible with huge and luxurious rooms. The service was 2nd to none also.

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world and this is definitely the best experience we have ever had. The hotel has recently been renovated and the styling is impeccable. The attention to detail is second to known.
Club room - there was food available all day, buffet breakfast, light snacks, high tea, evening buffet. Complimentary bar until 10pm.
The staff - were extremely attentive, always greeted you by name, made a point of remembering what sites you intended to...

The marketing of the Hotel included a swimming pool that was the reason i booked the Hotel in the first place. The swimming pool was not available until the last weekend of my stay.
The staff at the front desk were all very helpful trying to find alternative options for swimming, even though that was not possible.

I had left it ten years between visits to Tokyo, but won't leave it as long next time! The people in general are friendly and welcoming, and those at the hotel are no different.
The room was large by Tokyo standards and very comfortable, and the staff unfailingly polite and helpful, from housekeeping to front desk to concierge. I have a little Japanese, which they were patient enough to bear with, but were also happy to use English when needed.

Picking a hotel in densely populated Tokyo can be daunting; there is so much choice across all price ranges and types / specifications. This hotel stood out for being relatively unknown and only a couple of years old: not cheap. It by no means at the top end of any budget. It's close to a couple of metro lines and central. Located onl the top 7 floors of the Tokyo Garden Terrace complex (30-36). It has stunning views across the City from reception, bars, rooms club lounge and the fitness...
