"Wonderful accomodation"

"Check in was a breeze with super helpful and friendly staff. I had a complication which was dealt with swiftly and professionally. I was upgraded to a king single as I was alone and the room was actually nicer than a standard queen room. It's always beautiful and clean, everything you need is supplied and the rooms are very spacious. I always sleep well there as you can barely hear the neighbouring guests. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the central atrium thingy, it is unique and rather wonderful, with real plants in places (even the fake ones look real) so that gives it a really nice vibe. There is a safe and secure smoker's lounge on the premises which is kept lovely and clean. This is also a unique feature, and as a lone (smoking) traveller, I appreciate the safety of not having to smoke on the street outside. It is definitely my favourite place to stay when visiting the city; either for leisure or for business."

"Very clean room very spacious had everything beds were comfortable. Staff were so nice. We accidentally slept in way past check out time our apology was greeted with a smile. Found my new place to stay in Melbourne:-) I have already booked for another stay great prices. "
