"Parking is terrible and so as the room"

"Spent six nights and was upgraded to an 2brm executive apartment. Found it noisy on the first night but didn’t notice any noise the following night and for the remaining of our stay. Clean and spacious. TV in second room didn’t work but wasn’t bothered. Location is great and nearby supermarket and local eatery. Staff were friendly and very professional. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"The location is outstanding, so no need to have a car. CBD, southbank, train station, all very close and in walking distance. Note that parking is expensive and hard. Its either a carpark that allows you one entry one exit per pay, or the hotels valet ($80 a day). The hotel itself is a bit dated, but still has a luxury feeling. Great gym and great spa. The rooms are a bit small, so if you need to take business calls from the room - take this into consideration. Two people cannot work from the room together."

"I want to formally complain about our stay with the WRAP, we have been staying at this hotel for 10 years + now, never have we experienced such bad quality cleanliness, the carpets, the walls, the bathrooms, the doors, the bedding, were horrible, public toilets in the CBD are cleaner, we had our 5 month old baby with us for this stay and I was horrified by how dirty he room was. "

"The room was clean and functional. The location was great. Staff were great. I needed help with the air conditioning which was very prompt, but it turns out the air conditioner was useless anyway. They need new carpet in the entry. It was very stained. Otherwise everything was good. "
