"The front door of the property is mere feet from the pier and a beautiful park and located a half block from the cafe district where all kinds of delicious food from around the world was available. This area felt safe and it was just a short walk to the incredible coastline and beaches as well as a beautiful botanical garden. The train station is also only a few blocks away that will take you right into downtown Melbourne. Highly recommend!"

"Had a fantastic stay at Punthill Sunshine. The room was huge and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-furnished, which was a nice bonus. Quinn is a true gem nothing we asked of her was too much including checking in a Birthday Cake and Cooler for a few hours before we headed to the harbour. She made to process very easy and handled us with grace. We had the buffet breakfast the next day on site again top tier service by staff. Would highly recommend."
