Great location and hotel

Underground parking is quite hard to find, i had to ask policeman there. Please dont use touchNgo upon entering parking (if your stay come with free parking), just take parking ticket. Aircond in room isnt live up to my expectation. Warmer, and min temperature only 19 degree celcius.

Perfect hotel next to KL Sentral. Clean modern rooms, nice breakfast with a huge choice and very helpful and friendly staff an excellent experience.

I would call this Hyatt a true 5 star hotel. Magnifecent facilities and a breakfast which truely does not leave any wishes unfullfilled. The staff is realy comitted and one can feel that they love what they are doing. Only 2 things to improve dear Hyatt : Dont let guests wait till 3 pm to check in only because your rules say u can. Secondly dont insist on a ridiculously high deposit from guests who paid already advance.

Great location, close to the MRT and LRT lines and the Petronas Towers. Located in a shopping mall this allows easy access to shopping under one roof. Fantastic for a weekend break in this amazing city.

EQ Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic hotel for our stay in the city. The place was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's location is really good for the center of town and easy to access tourist spots. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view and comfy bed. The breakfast was great and had loads of options. We also had lovely room service and enjoyed drinks at the amazing Sky51 bar, which guests can access too. Thank you!

Good location. Executive club staff & facilities recommended. Pool area excellent. Only downside is that contractors have left floors and windows in a poor state. Nasty dirty streaks on most windows and adhesive stains on tile floors makes floors look as if they are ready for a refurb. not just 6 months old. Such a shame as this is not the fault of Four Seasons.

Absolutely beautiful property and very convenient location. The restaurant downstairs was also very good (the mushroom panini was my go-to). Highly recommend for anyone staying in KL for a few days.

This might not be the newest hotel in the area, yet it truly is five stars. I visited Malaysia for five nights and the service is impeccable. The staff were tremendous, the breakfast was something i looked forward to every morning, the general population that the hotel attracts is either family or friendly professionals. Oh ye and the beds are super comfortable and the gym is thorough and well organised by the staff who provide a towel and bottle of water each time you visit... nothing goes...

Check in process but cold, the checkin is on 3rd floor too. Room very clean and new, The A/C in the room was very cold!!!even after turning it off was stuck freezing. Bed was very comfortable. Check out was fast and efficient the duty manager even checked if everything was good. Overall good hotel, will be back

An excellent hotel with a full variety of breakfast facilities, large sized rooms, very helpful staff and an excellent swimming pool.

3 night stay before our trip to Thailand. Very impressive hotel so we are booking for our return 4 nights before travelling back to uk. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, rooms great and breakfast was amazing

What an amazing place to stay in the city of Kuala Lumpur! The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is super clean and tidy and well located to be within walking distance to the Towers and train stations. The hotel restaurant is a really lovely place to sit and enjoy a meal or coffee overlooking views of the city below. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting KL for business or leisure !

all the staff are very nice and polite. spacious room. great location with a lot of shops around but road traffic in the area is bad. toilet flush can be stronger.
