We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff and the service they provided was excellent. Our room house keeper was so helpful and kept our room spotless. Sometimes when we came to our room at night we found swans or snakes made out of towels - A lovely surprise.

Wonderful breakfast, bedroom and bathroom designed at highest spec. Staffs were awesome.

One of the best 5 Star Hotels we have stayed in. Attentive and courteous staff, great facilities and an excellent choice of food, especially at breakfast. Lots of personal touches that left us feeling valued and delighted. Thank you and keep up the great work !!

Good property with excellent service

My birthday happened to fall during the time I was staying at the Swissotel Kolkata. I hadn't mentioned this to anyone at the hotel. However, the staff were so attentive in every way that they must have taken note of my birthday on my passport when we checked in and had a cake delivered to my room. Great hotel. Shower was a blocked and flooded a little but apart from that - perfect.

Good location

people are good here

Its my 3rd stay at Monotel, clean calm and pleasant to stay there.

This is a very good local hotel - not a big international chain. That is reflected in the cost and the room is excellent value for money. It has a safe, fridge and additional freebies like biscuits. Food and drink are very reasonable and the breakfast is good.
