Rooms are functional and retro. But wow what a setting. Direct on the beach and an out of this world location. Waves crashing in and sat in the deck its heaven.

This place was such a nice surprise! The rooms feel new, clean, comfortable and quiet. The outside of the property looks a little worn and dingy, so I was nervous when we checked in, but it was great in all the ways that mattered. As mentioned, the rooms were really nice, the food was actually delicious which was a bit of s shock as food in casual hotel restaurants isn't normally the best in my opinion. Spacious clean room with all the facilities we required, comfy bed, great ocean view plus balcony to sit. Would liked to have stayed longer.

Nice property in a good location. Not too far from Cocoa and Kennedy, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good, nice little pool - but we didn't have time to use it. I did use the small gym. Not much in there, but ok for a quick workout. Only complaint, the shower wasn't very powerful.

Clean room, was woken a couple times during my stay by barking dogs. I have stayed in the hotel numerous times and this is the first encounter of this. Quick check in. All areas clean. Kids love the pool. We stayed a total of 3 nights over a split stay this vaction.

From the initial contact until the time we left, the staff and service was exceptional. I came here with an elderly lady who was very much in need of some rest. We had the ground floor and room facing the beach. The sound of the waves, the air and the access to the beach was second to none. The hotel and surround was kept very clean and nothing was too much for the staff in order to make us happy. I would HIGHLY recommend a stay here! Thank you all, Helen and Nina

A short stop over after a long flight from the UK. Staff are really nice, breakfast is adequate, rooms were very clean & comfortable. The pool was a bonus. The area is very quiet! Right across the street you have a publix very handy.
