Excellent hotel - brand new and directly connected to the underground walkway from Sapporo station. Rooms are a very good size and hotel itself is modern and clean. Only negative is there is no coin laundry available only laundry via the front desk with the cost based on individual items. Staff were excellent in helping with requests. Especially when resolving an issue with forwarding my luggage they contacted me at my next hotel, removed the items that were not allowed for air deliveries and...

We had a lovely spacious room with a great view over the city. The service in our room was very slightly off, one day they didn't wash the cups for glasses and then the next day they didn't replenish the coffee, but these are only small annoying overall it's a really nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

I would give 6/5 stars if I could. The staff all were brilliant and helpful, from dinner recommendations, to help with calling taxis and just being prepared for all requests and queries. Especially as my Japanese was not good. The concept of the hotel is very cool. The music in the lounge each night was well picked for the atmosphere. The rooms were nice (I expected the kettle, the cups and the small fridge, but not the microwave and the washing machine), the staff were great, the breakfast buffet was generous, the location was excellent - all that, and the price was very reasonable too.

Pleasant hotel - friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds and very accessible for many of the Sapporo sights (including the snow festival). Good access to bars and restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast was excellent quality and - for me - was the icing on the cake.

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. They took note of my request for late checkout and for our room to be on a higher floor. Room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's in a very good location above Susukino station and near a lot of the good restaurants. Downstairs there is a cinema, food court, and restaurants, drugstore, bakery and large supermarket. Highly recommend !

I liked this hotel - good location but about a 10 minute walk from the station (not realising at first that you can do the whole journey on foot all underground - much easier with suitcases). I did have an Executive room though and I really enjoyed the club lounge.

Staff are nice and professional with good English, they are helpful and smile a lot. The room is clean with morden design, the public bath on the top floor is clean and has a great view, the breakfast buffet has many choices: ramen, curry soup, ice cream machine, etc and tasty.
