"Japan is notorious for small hotel rooms, and it's true - but our hotel room was sufficient for our needs. We spent most of the day outside and only used the room for sleeping at night so we would rather spend that extra cash shopping or dining. This location was great as it was a walking distance from all the places we visited in Sapporo and there's a Lawson and 7-eleven nearby. This is a great budget option without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Would come back again if we have the opportunity."

"Amazing location and view of the tower! This is the nicest hotel I've been to thus far with its posh lounge and clean, modern, and updated rooms. We thought the rooms were spacious enough that we could completely open our luggage and still have room to walk around. The staff were a gem and very helpful everytime we needed them. The check-in/out process was simple; even my parents who are not good with technology were able to do it themselves. My dad loved the breakfast menu so we ended up going twice during our stay. It was quite nice the hotel provided 500 yen vouchers to use for the lounge or breakfast every day you forego room cleaning; I haven't seen done before in any hotels I've stayed in. Our only regret was not having enough time to go to the rooftop view of the tower because the beds were so comfortable."

"The hotel is located close to many shopping areas, JR station. The service was great, all staff were very polite. The breakfast was so good with many varied food from Hokkaido. The taste was so good. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I recommend this hotel."

"Almost all the items (except for soups and coffee) in the breakfast menu were dead-cold. Also, there's no variation in the breakfast items. Everyday, exactly the same items kept in exact same spot. Welcome to Japan's consistency. There's no safe deposit box in the room. And as observed and fed back in January 2023, the rooms still don't have "Scan To Enter" mechanism. You must use the very heavy, very third-world metal key to manually open the room. Who does that in the 21st century? Everything else about the hotel is good. The location is amazing. It's only 3 stops away from Sapporo station. This hotel is just 2 minutes away from the Nakajimakoen station. Very convenient. This hotel is recommended, despite cold and mundane breakfast items, lack of safe deposit box in the room, and third-world heavy metal keys. "
