"It was an excellent stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were always ready to help. The thing we were not so fond of was breakfast. The choices were too limited. Once you stayed a while, it became boring. The housekeeping part was a bit too rush. We feel like we have to compete with them so we can get the new towels and trash removal. I hope things can settle down a bit since we’re on vacation. We stayed 9 nights and we got 1 time change of bed sheet. Besides the 2 areas we mentioned, the rest was good. We like that we can pick up any amenities we may need. We like that we have washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and safe in room. We like that we can pick up coffee and some soft drinks free every afternoon. The location was superb. A few step from exit 34. Easy to get to underground walkway and train, convenience stores and mall access. We will stay here again in the future. Too many things for me to do and shop for."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were available at the front desk or via phone. The room was very clean and sanitary with fresh sheets and towels. The in-room washer and dryer combo was very very useful! And the air purifier helped keep the space clean after nights out in restaurants or smokey rooms. They had so many helpful instructions in multiple languages both printed and available through the television. They even had a very tasty and nutritious breakfast buffet! Note that you must buy a ticket to the buffet at the front counter before going to the restaurant on the second floor. They have a very usefully placed Ice Machine and water station on the second floor, and the have kitchen amenities in some rooms. They also offer free coffee in the front lobby as well as an umbrella rental as needed. I was very pleased with my stay and I'm looking forward to returning!"
