Randor hotel heritage was clean, spacious, and close to the train station (~6-7 minutes of walking) Check in was smooth and they kept my luggage when I checked out for over one day upon request, which was nice as I didn’t need to look for external luggage storage services. One thing I would note that there was a communication issue about luggage storage and staff came up in the morning of the check out day to my room thinking that they would pick up the luggage from me directly. While it was a nice gesture, I wasn’t prepared for the unexpected door knocking and I was getting ready.
Overall I would recommend this hotel.
The location is close proximity to Susukino, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and many restaurants. The room was huge and comfortable. Great price overall. My two suggestions for a better experience: 1. the staff at front desk should at least be available from 8am-10pm in case we have questions and needed guidance. 2. Housekeeping every four days is acceptable. But, at least come around and pickup the garbage every day. Aside from this, it was a wonderful stay at this property.
We really enjoyed the space. It was new, clean and well equipped with everything that we needed for our 5 nights stay. The space had two double beds, couch, tv, kitchen, laundry.
The only thing we would have liked is if they had bigger beds. Two double beds for four people reservation is too small.
The room was clean and came with a washer machine. Hotel staff were extremely nice and explained everything thoroughly during check in. One thing to note is you must turn on the water boiler to get hot water. The one in our room was located near the kitchen sink. There are some small restaurants near the hotel and convenience stores (Lawson, Seicomart). Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Susukino Station.
Very good for overall. There is a laundry machine in the room. If you need more detergent, just ask, they’ll give you more. There is no dryer. So just hang in the room.
Located in Susukino, so it’s easy to walk around.
Staff are all friendly. I enjoyed my stay!
the hotel is brand new. very neat and tidy, everything is excellent. We have spacious room and have a washing machine in room.
Don't fool by the only 2 star rating, it is because the hotel has not many facilities such a no pool no restaurant, and no 24 hours check in.
I want to mention that there is meter parking just near the hotel, its very convenient, 1300yen overnight from 1800-0800, and 800 yen from 0800-1800. It is at very good price.
It’s the best arrangement among all the bookings we had for a month long trip, traveling from Seoul to Fukuoka then Sapporo. It’s an eye opening experience, we are world travelers and have seen many top rated hotels, but this one is the best of the best. Located in the center of a very vibrant Susukino with many well known traditional restaurants within less than 10 minutes walking distance. We had the well-received traditional ramen the first night and it set the bar very high for the other restaurants to match. All ramen places we tried have been excellent. Great shopping area and many eat-drink places near the Susukino station. Some restaurants open from 5pm-6am, you will never feel hungry there. The staff had been extremely helpful and their suggestions of eating places have been tried and validated, all are excellent. They are very professional and no problem with communication. Our room is very clean and quiet. The hall way is very quiet and nice. The room has a laundry and kitchen is full of supplies. Bath robes are provided. Two thumbs up and a five stars rating from us. We plan to come back soon.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience.
What I liked:
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having a washing machine (no dryer) in the room was very convenient for a longer stay. The hotel’s location made it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
What could be better:
We stay for 18 nights, Housekeeping only provided free of charge once every 7 days. That’s the biggest challenge for us. We have no idea where to put our trash, we tried to put it in hallway at the morning though the housekeeping would collect it, but ended up stayed there for 2 days. We were told to hand the trash in to the reception. Another thing, there was no safe box in the room to put our valuable belongings.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again. The hotel offers good value for the price, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
Located right at the heart on Sapporo. Parking is not available. For whatever reason, the bathroom has a sewage smell. Could be our room is on ground floor.
Property was great ..... spacious rooms with a mini kitchenette only downside to it is that no housekeeping for the 4 days we stayed. Amenities were readily available at the front desk but I would still prefer a room cleaning atleast once in my 4 day stay. A fresh linen makes a great difference. All else is great......
The room was very spacious. Our room had a living space area with sofa and coffee table. The kitchenette had a microwave, kettle, induction stove, and fridge. Tableware, pots/pans, utensils and dish soap + sponge were included. The bathroom also had a washer. We liked that the sink, toilet, and bathing area were all separated.
