The street is a very long shopping arcade. The Mitsukoshi department store and Central stationery store are nearby.Lots of dining options. Breakfast is really good with many options. Room was clean and housekeeping was excellent.

In general, the stay at this hotel was very good. The room is a little small, but it was clean. The public bath (hot spring) was good. The breakfast was the best I had in variety and taste.

Nice Stay

I booked and paid for breakfast and early check in, but somehow hotel only got the breakfast not for early check in (whose fault is that?). After I show my reservation and back and forth words exchange, the reception call I think is Manager. I show him my reservation again and he was happily accepted. So if anyone booked early check in make sure have black n white. Hotel.com please check this issue so other can avoid this problem. Other than that the staffs are very nice and helpful.

객실이 넓진 않지만 깨끗하고 쓰는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 대욕장 사용이 편리하게 되어 있어 씻는 것도 편했고, 대욕장에 비치된 아이스크림 진심 고급스러운 맛에 오전엔 요구르트도 비치되어 있어 목욕 후 갈증해소하기 좋았습니다. 위치도 식사나 쇼핑하기에 너무 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 다음에도 이용하고 싶을만큼 추천합니다.

깔끔한 객실, 빠른 wifi, 이곳의 가장 큰 장점은 조식입니다. 조식이 엄청나게 다양하고 수준이 높습니다. 대욕장도 좋고요. 대욕장 이용후에 야쿠르트나 아이스크림을 공짜로 먹을 수 있어요. 공항에서 리무진 버스를 이용하면 바로 앞에 내려서 갈 수도 있고 공항으로 가기도 편합니다. 다만, 체크인과 아웃시 자동화 기계에서 본인이 직접 해야합다. 그리고 숙소가 일본 호텔답게 좀 좁아요.

客室は綺麗でよく整備されていた。大浴場はまるで温泉旅館のような雰囲気に作れれたおり、BGMが流れていたり、植物が植えられていたり、とてもリラックスできた。サウナも十分な広さがある上に、アロマが炊いてあったり、オートロウリュウがあったりと充実していた。 向かい側のプレミアム館の大浴場も使えることに気が付かず、使う時間がなくて残念だった。チェックイン時に口頭でに案内はないので、パンフをよく読むと良いと思う。立地は狸通り商店街の中で、地下鉄駅も徒歩圏内で文句なしに好立地です。チェックインは機械が少なく、客が重なると待たされるので、様子を見て時間をずらすなどした方がいいと思う。
