So close to everything within walking distance, bus stop right in front of the hotel Room is superb; quiet, clean, modern and new Staffs are friendly and helpful Cost is inexpensive for this quality If you are traveling to Sapporo, book this one!

We loved all the breakfast options and the bakery right on site. We really enjoyed our massages in our room. She adjusted my grandsons hip and released pressure in my ears. Absolutely marvelous!!

The hotel has an excellent location and the breakfast is amazing. However, the quality of the room facilities is poor, especially the bathroom. It feels inconsistent with the excellent lobby and the rich breakfast.

The size of our room was the biggest surprise…it was huge! My family of four was able to spread out and relax in comfort! Staff was top notch! The location was convenient to the train station and shopping. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Spacious rooms for family to share. There’s a separate bath and additional sink area too.

Lovely hotel with extremely comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely left quite a good impression. The hotel area is huge with a wide variety of restaurants and bars within the hotel. Very accessible to the downtown district of Sapporo. The only negative would be the view from the room. Many of the rooms I presume would be facing the inner yard, i.e. the windows of all the rooms next to, below and above your own room.
