"お盆シーズンに札幌観光で使わせて頂きました。やはり日ハムブランドが前面に押し出たホテルなのもあってか札幌のホテルよりは外国人利用者が少ない感じで、非常に静かな環境で過ごすことができました。 設備も綺麗で掃除も行き届いており、駅からのアクセスも雨の日に傘を使わずに済む便利さで良かったです。 基本的にフロントには人がいないので、何でもかんでも尋ねないと解決しないという人よりは、ある程度旅慣れしている人が利用するホテルかなと思いました。"
