部屋着について電話で確認したところシャツタイプが通常だがパンツ式にも変更できるということでチェックイン時に部屋に置いてもらいました。　ロビーやフロントにいらっしゃるすべてのスタッフさん方は常にお客さんに目を配り挨拶などしてみえました。　これこそがホテルのホスピタリティと思います。　今回は何度目かの宿泊でしたが以前よりそれが増したような気がしました。 素晴らしいことですね。
