"Clean but dated room. Towels varied from white to dirty looking grey. Aircon was good. Pool areas are nice. Cocktails were barely alcoholic, even when full priced. Lovely maintained gardens. Menu was typical of a hotel this size. Staff very friendly."

"We just got back from staying at this villa on our trip. Even before got there the host was very nice and responsive. Then the moment we got there till the time we left all the staff were helpful, wonderful and outstanding. The place was exactly the way it is shown on their site. "We really enjoyed our stay at Segara Village Hotel, and will likely stay there again, but there were a couple of things (mostly outside of the control of the staff) that unfortunately made the stay not as excellent as it could have been. When we arrived our room had been set up with two single beds instead of a double bed. As we got there late, my husband and I just went straight to bed & credit to the staff they DID fix it the very next day so we had a double bed for the rest of the stay. We loved the fact our room was in a separate section to the rest of the accommodation were so we had an adults only pool, meaning we could relax in the afternoon with a dip without the noise/excitement of young kids. We could have gone to the other pools if we wished, but enjoyed the quiet and shade of our area. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff were fantastic & incredibly helpful & made our stay great. The hotel being right on the beach was excellent & we enjoyed the beach dining area too. Unfortunately part way through our stay, one of the bedside shelves collapsed & smashed a glass & narrowly missed my husband's foot. Again, the staff were great and moved us to another room immediately, but it was a inconvenient having to move everything at night & my husband's CPAP machine was on the shelve when it fell so we had to check it for damages. Ultimately no-one was hurt and we appreciated the room change. We look forward to staying again once renovations are completed."

"For a large hotel Sanur Resort Watujimbar was very quiet. The onsite restaurant is excellent with an amazing breakfast buffet. Dinners were themed buffet or a la carte. I ordered from the menu and was pleased with the quality of all my meals. I was there for a short stay and did not explore the area around the hotel."

"Great breakfast & great staff that provide relaxing & comfortable stay. The location is perfect for accesses to the beach & beachside shops & restaurants. Overall, the facility is well designed for tourists to feel vacation atmosphere. For a bathroom unit, it looks a bit old so it's better to be remodeled to make the facility look perfect."

"The hotel is definitely a good option if you are looking for a hotel near the airport (only 30min away). It is a huge complex and it’s amazing to see how well it is managed. Staff was excellent although it don’t start well. In an American hotel chain I was told that they don’t have too many king size beds. Then I was told I’ve been upgraded to a larger room. Upon entering the room it was the same situation which I experience more frequently around the world. A room with facilities for handicapped guests is being presented as an ‚upgrade with more space‘. It was sorted out afterwards but it becomes more a nuisance that I have to mention it explicitly at checkin every time."
