Hospitality was exceptional, the facilities are starting to show their age, however it’s still exceptionally maintained and has a Balinese feel and not western vibe. Food was excellent, pool was relaxing and the pillows were lovely and soft, will stay again. Oh yes, there are shuttles as well to the south of Sanur to explore outside if you’re inclined. Loved the dining area and the lobby bar.

Wow, what a find! We stayed here just the one night arriving in Bali, we wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, the beds very comfy. The property was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated in a traditional yet modern way. The service was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this!

The staff is wonderful. This property is a quiet enclave next to the busy Sanur traffic, with a great pool, bar and gym. Breakfast was a bit overcrowded and the WiFi quirky at times, but the friendliness of every employee (without fail) made the small problems easy to overlook.

The property is handy to the cafe's on the esplanade and to the harbour. Nice pool area etc. Friendly staff. The gym was pricy at around 150,000 per visit.So didn't use it. Very nice breakfast at a reasonable price

The room was a bit dated but well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable! The hotel overall is stunning and has everything you could want. Multiple restaurants and bars, gym with sauna, spa and ice bath, health spa (the Swedish massage was amazing) and a huge atrium style pool which is very child friendly. 2 minutes walk from boardwalk restaurants and 10 from Bali Icon Mall.
