Needs updating . Toilets are uncomfortable with a glass door that closes on your legs. Very little space! Taxi service desk gouging on tourists with exorbitantly priced service. Get 'Blue bird' taxis on the street with taxi meters and charge a third of the price. You can tip those drivers who get to keep the tips.

Would happily stay at the Swiss-Bel again. The only (small) issue I had was that they needed to better manage guests reserving pool chairs, everyone should get to enjoy their amazing pool! Fantastic location, great value for money. See you again soon.

We have stayed at this property many times since Covid, we returned in May 2023 The Staff are excellent especially Lintang at the concierge who always greets you with enthusiasm and is so friendly Sumawan is very friendly and professional, he helped us to change rooms as we had 2 single beds which should have been a double Sumawan went out of his way to resolve the problem, what a great team you have at this resort, the breakfast is to die for, the pool is so clean and inviting, the location is excellent we will revisit, Sanur is laid back unlike Kuta which is so extremely busy but fun if you like crowds

Rooms could do with being updated. Although it wasn't the hotels fault it was very noisy early morning due to neighbouring birds been kept in cages. Also tried to use the jacuzzi, wasn't a good idea when we switched it on there was a horrible smell. Obviously hadn't been used for some time.

An affordable and comfortable stay at Swiss Belresort. The deluxe twin room was very spacious and clean. Nice and safe little balcony too. The daily breakfast buffet was a hit! I also really enjoyed the live music at night, sitting by the pool.
