"部屋のトイレが壊れていたり、洗面台の水道の蛇口が壊れていて水が出なかったりして大変でした。また、シャワーは何とか少し出ましたが、お湯は出なく、水でした。ホテルのスタッフに相談すると、部屋を変えてくれましたが変更後の部屋も同じ状況であり、大変でした。"

The first room I had black mold all over the walls and in the bathroom, it smelled, the AC smelled, there were no towels, and the sheets were stained. I was moved into another room the next day, and the water from the toilet and sink started coming out black… "

"The Arana Suites is a definite must.. Rooms are nice, bed very comfy, nice breakfast in your room. Staff are very friendly & helpful. It’s in a very quiet area & only a 20 min walk to main street .. Would definitely stay here again …"
