"We stayed at The Stones for 11 nights from 25 March 2026. It was our third stay since 2015 (second in 2019) and we’ve always loved the location, swimming pool, king rooms with bath on the balcony, delicious and diverse buffet breakfast and lovely staff. We definitely cannot fault the wonderful staff on our latest visit, with exceptional service from Yuli in guest relations who helped us celebrate my mum’s birthday and immediately addressed any issues we raised (minimal - like replenishing drinks, shower caps etc), and Eri at the restaurant who always ensured we had a great table and greeted us personally each morning. The rooms are getting a bit tired since our first visit, and some of the staff are new and still learning their rhythms. However, none of this took away from a wonderful and relaxing vacation at this property."

"We managed to score an amazing deal during school holidays so was thinking maybe it was too good to be true but no we were super impressed with the Hard Rock Hotel. Room was clean and spacious. We loved the pool area where they had so many activities for kids but also areas adults could chill. Happy hour cocktails and mocktails plus super friendly staff. We were doing an anniversary celebration plus our son’s 14th birthday and the hotel went above and beyond with a cake for each celebration aswell as singing happy birthday to him. Would definitely recommend and stay again - thanks for a great holiday! "

"Even though the resort could use some up-keep, the staff made this a most memorable stay. Pool and bar area need some attention. The room was comfortable and nothing was too much for our room service staff. Breakfast was sufficient in choice and quantity. Eggs cooked to your liking. Kept us going 'till dinner. Best beds ever! Huge shower and hand-held shower head plus over-head rain shower. They even had a clothes rack in the bathroom for wet clothes. Our room was on ground level with direct access to the pool which made it easy for my mobility issues. We would stay here again. Compact hotel. 1 pool, 1 restaurant, 1bar. Enough for us."

"This is a cute and quirky property where the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were only able to stay a couple of nights, and were out all day, so didn't really get to explore everything the hotel has to offer. Breakfast buffet had a reasonable range of options to suit both European and Asian tastes, pool table in the lobby was an added bonus, airport transfers by the hotel driver were efficient. We were able to leave our luggage securely after check out as we didn't need to go to the airport straight away. Bottled water as such is not provided, but there is a large water cooler on the landing where you can refill the pitchers left in each room for this purpose. Of course you can refill your own water bottles too. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided, but we didn't actually use these."
