Wow what an amazing trip and a great place to stay. Although not on the beach a very short walk to it. I could not ask for a better experience from the kind staff, great massage, great pool, and comfortable room! I will definately be back many more times! Thank you!

A great place to stay close to the beach and eat street. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. The food was good but improvements on the quality such as the juice at the breakfast and how the eggs were cooked - omelette was not cooked all the way through with whites uncooked & the poached eggs were ordered medium but were soft & the hard boiled were order medium but all 3 eggs were cooked differently - soft, medium and hard. The pool was nice and relaxing. The staff were super helpful, attentive and welcoming. I had slipped on the ramp after the rain and the hotel addressed the issue right away. I’d definitely recommend staying at Solterra!

I loved this property! The room had everything plus the little things that are sometime missing like Drawer space, closet Hanging space, a Jack stand for your luggage, a Desk, keyless card entry, and black out curtains. The AC and WiFi worked well. Oh AND the pillows were amazing on the bed. Great pillows. 4 on the King anyway. The pools, the restaurant / bar and swim up bar were great to have on property. The pool deck is SUNNY most of the day! 10am-4:30pm in May (yes, we all want to know THAT detail when booking a hotel with a pool). the Spa on property was a treat! and the therapists were wonderful - I did 4-5 treatments there. The Staff was super friendly, kind, and helpful in every way. I felt at home and welcomed. I would stay here again and probably will :) The location...Well as a first time Bali visitor I was surprised at the street scene everywhere BUT for Seminyak this hotel is was off the main mess but very close to everything and anything. The street outside is pure chaos but the resort is a total oasis! INSIDER TIP: There is a path to walk to the beach from the property! It's only about 7 minutes to the beach. Ask the staff to explain it as it is through a gate that CLOSES at 6pm - After that you can't walk back and need to take a Scooter (Grab ride). Check out the Potato Head Club for a scene - I walked there thru the walking path, watched sunset on the beach, and took a Grab ride back. Shusksma! Rebekah

It’s not just the beautifully designed interiors or the tranquil spa that made my stay exceptional—it was the staff, who went above and beyond in every single way. The team at Solterra is truly world-class. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized farewell as I left, I felt genuinely cared for. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and effortlessly professional. They remembered my name, offered thoughtful suggestions, and seemed to anticipate my needs before I even voiced them. It’s rare to see this level of genuine hospitality—where you feel more like a guest in someone’s home than a customer at a hotel. The rooms themselves are a perfect balance of comfort and modern elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens fresh and soft, and the layout well thought-out with beautiful lighting and thoughtful touches throughout. All round awesome place to stay, quiet, safe, caters to all travellers. Great in house food and access to all tours you need to have a great holiday. Tour desk can book everything you need and is very helpful, all staff were excellent from front desk, room service, cleaners and Gardner. Room was spacious fresh and clean, has a great feel to it and excellent comfy bed and pillows. Property is well kept with lovely plants and gardens, swimming pool has lots of lounge chairs and day beds, great to cool off. Looking forward to my next stay soon so keep up the great work

Great little spot here, close to some great eateries of all price ranges. Pool excellent especially with the loungers in the pool , so you can keep cool whilst still reading yr book. Basic gym there , bit cramped but great to be able to do some weights whilst away. Easy enough to get scooters to the beach with gojek app..Would definitely recommend to people if your happy to be away from the beach.

Rooms were as advertised such as being spacious. Property is more spread out as it’s only max two floors which helps in keeping the noise low. Property is around many other shops of various kinds which helps a lot such as ATM, massage parlours, confectionery shops, restaurants, pubs, currency exchange and many more. Solterra Seminyak also offers Massage options within the property itself, Pool looks very clean and was actually very inviting to swim in, breakfast option wasn’t that bad and Gym is good enough to eek some workout. Staff members were all very helpful, kind, courteous, friendly and professional at the same time. I went for the Deluxe Executive Room. Will be back again.
