"great family hotel, next to everything. "

"Staffgreeted us at reception and told us there was no restaurant and only food available via room service (there is one we later found out). Property is run down, the sink tap wobbled so much I thought it might break off. Bathroom was yuck. Wifi super slow and breakfast included gives you one pancake cut into 1/4's. We paid for 7nights but checked out after 5 to go to another hotel"

"I was scheduled to land and arrive after hours when checkin desk would be closed. I tried for 5 days to reach out to make arrangements however the hotel would not respond, either to me or the Expedia reps whom i was dealing with. I was only able to make reservations elsewhere through the help of the relocation team at Expedia. If not for them i would have been stranded in a country half way around the world..."

"I really recommend Aleva Villas! Good location, very friendly and caring staff, roo was super clean! The only thing was the pool, it’s a bit run down with missing tiles. Apart from that everything was excellent! "

"The villas are very nice. The villa we stayed in was rather large. The perks included a private pool (good size and quite deep), large living space with fully equipped kitchen, large dinning table and large lounge area with a flat screen. There is also a private toilet separate to the the master bed room. Master bed room is large with plenty of room for storage. There is a very luxurious spa next to the master room and outside shower area with a private bathroom/toilet facilities all included....
