The staff are just amazing. From start to finish, all of the staff, from reception to the restaurant (which provided the wonderful daily breakfasts) to the staff who looked after our villa with the daily cleaning and make-up of the villa, were just wonderful!! I can't recommend this place enough.

Loved our stay.

The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size.

Great place to stay. Our experience started with our late arrival of two oclock in the morning where we were greeted, signed in and luggage delivered to our room with a general tour of the room facilities. Communication was excellent with breakfast order choice, time and delivery. Also, room cleaning was daily or when required with water resupply. All enquiries were dealt with expediently and courteously. We had two extended day trips with their recommended drivers and were very happy with the service given. Overall this was a great place to stay, nice and quiet, safe, courteous friendly staff in a central location. The breakfast was good quality. I will book this place again on my next Bali stay.

The in-villa breakfasts were excellent and the service from the staff in general was fantastic. I think next time we will book a 2 bed villa so we get a bit more space though. The pool was really nice and the location is quiet.

Fabulous!!! We love this place! The room was clean, very comfortable and so romantic with private pool. The staff was amazing. They are very nice, friendly, and went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bali.

Just stayed here for 4x nights, Villa was nice and private and very quiet. Communications is done over WhatsApp which is convenient but someone is at reception if you don’t have WhatsApp. Breakfast was nice with a few choices, private pool was nice and clean, free transport to the square twice per day is also good although taxis are not too expensive. The square and beach is around a 20 minute walk away, there are some local convenience shops near by. Would certainly stay here again!

Our stay here was a 8/10. The staff there was extremely nice and lovely and they made us feel very comfortable. They provided us with the best recommendations and they always communicated with us for breakfast, tea, or anything we needed to know. Seminyak was our favorite city to visit in Bali and the hello action of the hotel was just perfect. The only thing I would say was not the best experience was having different room/section for the living room/bathroom. It was annoying to leave the bedroom area to then go outside and open another door for the living room/kitchen. Overall good experience and we enjoyed the floating tray breakfast. The staff there really made our experience memorable.

Stayed here for 5 days, and what a stay we had! Service here is excellent, beyond excellent, and if not for fantastic service, our stay would not have happened. Ms Kurnia and her colleague went out of their way to make this stay possible for us. They worked some magic for which we are truly grateful. Communication was easy, fantastic English. During our stay, WhatsApp texts allowed for us to place our teatime and breakfast orders no matter where we were. This is extremely convenient. Some breakfast and tea time items were a hit, some much less but there's good food all around Bali anyway. Dining aside, the villa itself was spacious, the pool did not feel extremely cold even in rainy weather and the bathroom was spacious! Overall, great location, great villa, and more importantly, absolutely fantastic service! Thank you so much, Ms Kurnia and your friend, who helped us make this stay possible!
