Huge 3 bedroom Villa each with own bathroom. Fruit on arrival. The food was delicious and staff were exceptional. Free shuttle to take you to Seminyak shops. Loved our stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Peppers in Seminyak. We had a presidential villa and it had everything we needed. The rooms and pool were beautiful. Staff were very attentive and breakfasts amazing!

Fabulous villa

Beautiful spacious villa with private pool. Heaps of space each room has its own bathroom. Comfy beds and great showers. Service was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Great gym and sauna with ice bath. Highly recommend.

Fantastic. We were upgraded to a three room villa. The staff were fabulous. The rooms were fabulous. The location is fabulous. Seminyak is lovely. Touristy. But lovely all the same. We really enjoyed our stay.

The people at Peppers were all so helpful and pleasant to deal with. They couldn’t do enough to help with whatever we needed. The hotel is beautiful, great room service, custom food to suit allergies, shuttle to town was awesome to get to shops the beach for sunset and easy to reach great dining spots.

The staff and main pool/resturantvwere lovely BUT our Villa #45, was run down. Kitchen cupboard doors were falling off the hinges and generalky worn out and needing reno. Villa Pool was great but needs some urgent TLC.

Absolutely incredible! Could not speak more highly about Peppers! We just spent the most beautiful week with our parents & 2 daughters in a gorgeous villa which accommodated us perfectly! The staff could not be more helpful, they are all beautiful & nothing is too hard for them. The location is fabulous - so close to everything in Seminyak & the added convenience of the shuttle & buggy service makes it so simple to get around - rarely having to get any extra transport unless if was for a day trip. Our girls spent only a small amount of time in the kids club but loved it! The fact that the rooms have their own pools is wonderful - it’s the best of villa life & resort life. The room service food & cocktails are amazing & quick. The breakfasts were our favourite part! Just the best way to start the day! We can’t wait for our next trip & thank Peppers for an amazing experience.

Lovely oasis in Seminyak

Peppers is a very nice place to stay. Our two bedroom pool villa was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short walk to shops and restaurants.

Fabulous Hotel

Totally amazing stay in 5 bed presidential villa. Daily breakfast at Laneway was great, all staff super friendly, happy to help with anything and go above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay. Well positioned hotel and kept spotless. Check in/out was a breeze, made great friends with staff during our stay. Would highly recommend and stay again

The most amazing place to stay

This was the most amazing hotel stay and I wish we had stayed longer. We stayed in the 3 BR Presidential Villa with private pool -- it was a total "Wow!" experience. It includes the breakfast where you can order any dish and hit the buffet. The meals and the drinks were great. Service was excellent. Loved the private pool. Everything was perfect.

The staff are magnificent. They cannot do enough for you and all with a smile everyday. Breakfast is fantastic with plenty of choice, along with all day dining. We had dinner and it was wonderful, easily on a par with the top ten restaurants in Seminyak. This our fifth stay and it did not disappoint. The villas are lovely and luxurious. Once the tourism and economy improves I would think there will be some minor renovations to update, however this is not a criticism or had any bearing on our stay.

Don’t usually write reviews but this is my 3rd time staying at this Property and each time it is outstanding in all areas so I wanted to express this. The staff can’t do enough for you and as this was the first stay in a 2 bed villa instead of the 3 bed presidential and we didn’t have enough sun on our pool they immediately upgraded us to the 3 bed without charge. The villas are immaculately clean and breakfast is amazing.

Great location and service

It was a great trip! Location was superb and there is a buggy out to the main road (but not back - 5 min walk). Service was top notch. Rooms are fairly clean- but finishings slightly dated (ie green rust on toilet holder, shower head) - signs of wear and tear. What I didn’t quite like was that villas were only fitted with blinds. Hence allowed light to stream through/ not total black out. The blinds also made me feel slightly paranoid if the rest of my party could look in.

4 nights stay at Peppers Seminyak

Overall it was a great stay at the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A big thanks to the staff for our special request being accommodated. We have ordered a floating afternoon tea set which require a day of advance booking but the hotel manage to fulfil our request at a short interval of 1.5 hour during our last day of stay. However, improvement can be made to the housekeeping though. The toilet were not thoroughly clean and the bedsheets and towel provided to us were stained. But overall we enjoy our time at the villa and kudos to them.

We'll give a five stars to Peppers Seminyak, mainly because of the staff. Their excellent attitude, attentive service and smile really made our stay. The villa is very conveniently located, quiet and beautifully designed. There are a few improvement we felt could be done are mainly: 1) the fittings in the bathrooms of our villa could use some upgrade. Leaking bathtub taps and squeaky taps that is far too short to reach the sinks; not a good look for luxury stay. 2) resident squirrels poops turn walking path inside the villa to an obstacle course and poops lingering way too close to our villa pool. The cleaning crew mainly focus on the inside of kitchen/ living and bed/bathrooms, could use some reminder.
