"The spa was cold water , no ocean view as pictured or described on expedia a room was in a bottom corner that looked to a set of stairs the expedia description gave the impression that all rooms were raised or terraced, this was poor representation from expedia."

"The whole place was a manicured oasis. Very impressive but staff members Arya (Jnr) and Dewar were amazing to us. Nothing was any trouble, sometimes they just stopped for a chat and helped us undedrstand about Balinese culter by answering our questions. First time at the Padma and I'm already trying to switch my July 2026 accomodation to go back to the Padma. Thanks for a great stay. "

"I have been to Bali on numerous occasions and honestly i dont know how i missed this place. The staff were beyond excellent friendly, effecient and very helpful. Need a car they arrange it. Tickets to an event no problem. Rooms perfectly cleaned, laundry done within 5 hours. Brilliant!"
