"The hotel is definitely a good option if you are looking for a hotel near the airport (only 30min away). It is a huge complex and it’s amazing to see how well it is managed. Staff was excellent although it don’t start well. In an American hotel chain I was told that they don’t have too many king size beds. Then I was told I’ve been upgraded to a larger room. Upon entering the room it was the same situation which I experience more frequently around the world. A room with facilities for handicapped guests is being presented as an ‚upgrade with more space‘. It was sorted out afterwards but it becomes more a nuisance that I have to mention it explicitly at checkin every time."

"The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They even made sure there were gluten free options. The hotel felt quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The pool overlooks the ocean, up on the roof. The food was delicious, breakfast had Gado Gado that was very yummy. "
