This hotel was superbly situated in South Kuta. Very quiet and beautiful hotel but walk out of the hotel complex and it's full of life. Fantastic to be able to meet and talk to loads of local people. Many tourists here also, but meeting lots of local folk from Bali/Kuta was a real pleasure. Everyone was so welcoming and warm. We loved it here and will definitely be back.

The Villas are located in a quiet side street of Seminyak, one of the busier resorts on the south coast of the island. Shops and restaurants are about 10 minutes walk away and the beach about 15 minutes walk. We stayed in the Sunset part of the resort, which is a short drive away from the spa and restaurant that are attached to the villas. Look no further, this hotel is the best in Bali. This was my sixth stay here and my expectations were exceeded yet again. Exceptional service, nothing but nothing is too much trouble. Both staff and management are totally committed to making sure that your stay is perfect in every detail. Do make sure that you dine in the Kayuputi restaurant - exquisite food and service!

Just back from a week's stay at the Royal Santrian and it was fabulous! Our villa was huge, and the outdoor sitting area and private pool just made it perfect. Cannot fault the resort for anything, the staff were all very friendly, ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction every day. The food was first class, we ate there all the time it was so good! A very peaceful and relaxing location, ideal for couples. Had a lovely massage at the Spa too.

Resort was right on the beach at Nusa Dua with amazing grounds and lagoons. 2 main restaurants meant that for the size of the resort, there was limited food variety but the Westin next door provided other dining options. Amazing cabanas dotted around the resort but were not free and had to be booked, which did not seem right when you are a paying guest. Everything was absolutely amazing, the property is absolutely beautiful and beach is only less than 2 min walk. Breakfast was lovely with watermelon juice and Indonesian options.

Nice comfortable property to spend with family .our stay here has been quite enjoyable .The location is nice & one can walk down to the market nearby where there are multiple options for food . The only one thing where we find the property was lacking is in its's very limited dining option with limited dishes .

We loved staying at the Villa. As this is a collection of stand-alone properties, there isn't a check in desk or reception, but the communication was great and we got responses all the time. Even before we arrived, they checked in to make sure all was going to be ok for us. The hotel was fantastic, very clean, lovely staff and a good range of facilities from the restaurants to activities such as yoga and the spa facilities. They hotel pools were great and they have a pool for relaxing by that’s very peaceful (no kids!)

All little details were thought about. We were travelling with our 2 month old and 3 year old. We booked a family room. When we arrived the cot and sofa bed were already set up and there was a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The room was equipped with a baby bouncer and baby toiletries, which was a welcome and unexpected surprise. The hotel staff did everything they could to make your stay easy and enjoyable.
