We found everything at the Wolas to be of high quality. The Villa was lovely, the food was good, but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable and I couldn’t thank them enough. Would highly recommend to all, particularly for young families like ours. Thanks and credit to the Wolas team!

Lovely property, we booked a free standing 2 rooms unit with private pool, (it was the best .)And separately lounge with kitchenette. Room services, cleaning up every day. Services staffs all friendly,courtesy ,warm-hearted . Verry happy staying here, will come back if have a chance

The stay was exceptional in every sense. From the staff who served us from head to toe accommodating every tiny detail and request. Always patient and kind. Aristana was an amazing host and the employee of the year that’s a fact as he attended to every request quickly and promptly and above all always exercised kindness and laughter. Every need was taken care of and everyone always made us feel happy and safe. The villa was absolutely stunning, warm and cozy! It was everything and more than we have hope for. We will be going back soon and look forward to seeing the amazing people who became our dear friends! The property was gorgeous, the staff exceptional and went above and beyond our need, food was amazing and the prayers even more.

We loved our stay at Wolas! From the pickup at the airport all the way through to our departure, staff were the friendliest i have come across. The willingness to help at any time 24 hours a day is amazing. We loved our villa, it was spacious clean and comfortable. It was cleaned daily. The breakfast was lovely every morning and bought to our villa always on time when we requested. Bring your mozzie spray though as you will get bitten outside (probably dependant on weather) We will be back!!

People come to Bali because it offers a luxury experience without having to spend a small fortune. This property probably was really nice at one point, but has since been in need of repair, paint, and some updating. The pictures advertised are not the current condition of the property. Overall it was ok and even though the surrounding neighborhood looks rundown/abandoned, we never felt unsafe. The staff is friendly enough and there is an excellent restaurant across the street from the property. Please do not expect to have breakfast at 7 am as advertised, most of the staff arrives at this time so you might get breakfast around 7:40 at the earliest. The pool in the villa is nice but is not well lit at night and can become cluttered with leaves because they are not cleaned daily. For the price I would not stay at this property again unless it was renovated. It is close to seminyak square and bustling nightlife, and crowded beach.
