"Only thing we didn’t like was whey we message for shuttle pick up from the airport, you guys didn’t reply or sent a shuttle. So that’s why we were disappointed otherwise we would have give a five star rating. Suggest you improve on reading and replying messages"

"The staff here is 10 stars! They really make the experience. The hotel is beautiful but the staff take it to that next level. They were by far the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been all over the world. I wanted to stay at a resort triple the price but chose here instead to save money for activities. We later went to the resort for lunch and I was so happy I chose to stay at the Vira Bali instead. Their hospitality is unrivaled. If you’re in the fence about staying here, trust me, do it! You will not regret it."
