"The hotel was a clean but unfortunately when I arrived I didn’t know that parking was an extra charge per day. And if you want to self park it’s half a block away. We had to switch room through the night due to the ac going out, other people we’re having a similar problem so it took them a bit to get my room switched."

So welcoming and friendly, knew where everything was, knew who to ask for what at any time of the day, was accommodating even when I arrived at the hotel late just trying to find something to eat. 10s across the board; he’s the reason I’m returning for my next work trip. "My room #308 Bath sink is off the wall. Faucet handle wiggles alot. Closet door does not close cabinet in the way. Paint falling off the roof. Carpet is 20 years old. Workout room is absolutely horrible. Handles on the equipment are disgusting with layers if sweat and hand dirt. Equipment needs heavy cleaning. Room is covered in dust, hasn't been cleaned in years."
