"Good location, easy to get around! Lots to do in the area. Room was clean. Staff friendly. The doors are loud to close could hear our neighbors coming and going and the people above us were very loud walking around as we tried to sleep! Breakfast had a good flow with the amount of people that were there was able to quickly get seated. Overall good stay "

"Great location! There is a cable car stop right outside. Loved the free cookies, apples and hot drinks in the foyer. Our room was lovely and clean, had a selection of pillows and the beds were really soft and comfy. The staff on the desk were friendly and helpful. San Fran is an expensive place but this hotel offered good value considering the location and facilities. "

"Super nice hotel in a really great area for sightseeing, walkable to the bay and a not bad bus ride to the Golden Gate Bridge and the painted ladies. Staff were friendly and helpful, pay for the breakfast it’s super good and nice to not have to walk around in the morning to find food."
