Excellent location! It's very close to downtown Burlingame and SFO. Most staffs were friendly except the girl from Starbucks. She was quite rude. My room was clean except the carpet was bit old. My lamp didn't work on seating day 2.

Shuttle bus is very convenient to/from airport. I stayed there just for few hours for my next flight leaving after midnight. Hotel is nice and with friendly staff, I'll go back next time while transiting via SFO.

What I did not like was the Bed was broken, andnthe air conditioning control was missing from the wall. Also, Management would not apply my Hilton Honors because I had booked through expedia however, Hilton Honors terms and conditions states that I would be able to earn points regardless of booking with expedia.
