"Amenities in the room for the price in the Bay Area 👍….but staff doesn’t seem to mind all the druggy type of guests and some of the staff! Spend a few extra bucks and stay elsewhere. Plenty of better quality hotels with kitchen in Burlingame and South City."

"i left my belt bag in the room but they said that it was not there i’m 100% sure that i left it in the side table of my bed. i didn’t even use that belt bag out . when i called them . they didn’t even called me back when they said that they will check, so i have to call them again. then they said that the person who clean my room was off for 2 days . now i can’t even go and check the room because they said that the room was occupied. how can i get my belt bag in the room.? "
